Q: |
My mother in law booked a flat and paid all the installments, however she was late in paying last two installment. After the fourth installment in 1999 we have requested DDA to re-allocate the flat, and charge us interest and/or penalties as per DDA rules. Very recently DDA is denying to allot the flat to us. What we could do to get the flat from DDA? Do you suggest an attorney in Delhi to address this case against DDA.

Ans: |
Better represent your case to higher officials in DDA with facts, going legal may require longer period, sorry we can not recommend any lawyer from our end. |
